From October 25th–30th, the Go Global! Fair will be hitting Washington, Philadelphia, New York City (two days) and Boston:
Go Global! Fair is the first international college and university fair to be organized in the USA. It’s the one stop jump-start for American students looking for an edge on their fellow students, for a better chance at a job with a prestigious US or foreign company, or for a great time abroad!
Exibitors include international universities and colleges with undergraduate and agraduate programs as well as American universities with study abroad programs.
A small range of seminars will be held too and you have to pre-register to get a full list.
And yes, the fair is 100% free.
