Construction of London’s Olympic Village faces problems

The zoned land in Stratford for the building of the 2012 Olympic Village isn’t ready to be bulldozed yet.

Organizers are negotiating to relocate businesses that are based on the 202-hectare (500-acre) Olympic Park site in Stratford in east London. Ninety percent of the land is already secured but no work can begin until all the land needed is in public control.

I’m sure those business don’t really have a choice but to move. Is it really a problem for them? I’m sure the payout is nice.
